After the return of the shipment, you need to reply to the order email by stating the tracking number and giving instructions on what you would like to happen: an exchange for a different size or product, or a refund.
The items must be in good commercial condition - not worn, washed, stained, etc., with original packaging and label, as well as the receipt. Exchanges can be made for the same item or for other items on the site. If you want us to refund the amount, this can be done to your bank account, which you provide to us, indicating: holder, IBAN, BIC and order number.
Once the shipment reaches us and the products are inspected, your claim will be processed immediately.
