The delivery cost is calculated automatically depending on what you have put in your cart.
Free delivery - for orders over BGN 100.00 in Bulgaria and 200 euros in the European Union.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
If the goods you purchased do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days. Send the product by courier company Econt Express as follows:

The items must be in good commercial condition - not worn, washed, stained, etc., with original packaging and label, as well as the receipt. Exchanges can be made for the same item or for other items on the site. If you want us to refund the amount, this can be done to your bank account, which you provide to us, indicating: holder, IBAN, BIC and order number.

Once the shipment reaches us and the products are inspected, your claim will be processed immediately.

 

WHOSE ACCOUNT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE COURIER SERVICE FOR?
Courier costs for returning and exchanging goods are at the Customer's expense, except in cases where the return is the fault of Animal.

 

WHAT IF IT TURNS OUT THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT MY SIZE?
If it turns out that the size you ordered is not yours or does not meet your expectations, we guarantee that we will exchange it for another size/item or refund the amount you paid for it.
